Operational Leadership

You manage daily staffing levels, handle admissions, and oversee case management to ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets.

Staff Development

As a supervisor, you are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performing regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary.

Clinical Integrity

You provide direct patient care when needed, lead clinical crisis situations, and review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required:
• Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
• Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR
• 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

We're seeking candidates with a Master's Degree and LCSW/LCPC licensure.
