About the role
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking Clinical Assistants for their Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Gulfport, MS.
Responsibilities
- Works under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Aids consumers according to treatment plans
- Assists in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provides transportation to and from the facility
- Maintains appropriate boundaries and demonstrates effective communication skills
- Assumes shift coverage as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MS Class C CDL within 60 days of hire
- Experience working with individuals in recovery and/or behavioral healthcare preferred
- Experience providing transportation for others preferred
- Independent work ability required
