About the role
We are looking for Clinical Assistants for a number of our locations in both part-time and full-time openings. Locations include IVI RMA North America in NJ-Springfield, Eatontown, Englewood, West Orange, Somerset and Basking Ridge. Schedules vary from 6:00am to 1pm-4pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care activities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience as a medical/clinical assistant working in a physician practice
- Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant Program– highly preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Compensation is based on employment status.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, occasional weekends based on clinic needs.
