About the role
The Clinical Assistant position at Straub Benioff Medical Center is part-time, working 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday. This role is exempt and does not belong to a bargaining unit. The position is located at Straub Benioff Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawai'i.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nursing and health care procedures
- Provide certain clerical services
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Deliver high-quality health care services to Hawai‘i's people
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of nurse aide course with certification OR completion of nursing fundamentals
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card
- One year of clinical experience OR a successful completion of HPH Nurse Aide Program
- Current Hawaii CNA certificate
- One year clerical experience in a healthcare setting
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
