Clinical Assessment Coordinator (RN, LPC, LCSW, APSW, or CAPSW required) - Behavioral Health - Part Time- Neenah, WI. We are looking for someone PT, 24 hours a week plus weekends Saturday or Sunday (weekends 10AM-6PM). Shift during the week: from 5PM-10PMish, 4PM-10PM. Plus Weekends either Saturday or Sunday (weekend both from 10AM-6PM). Horizon Health is seeking an Clinical Assessment Coordinator(Part Time) to work in the Behavioral Health Program at Thedacare in Neenah, WI. The inpatient psychiatric unit has a total of 19 adult beds and intake team. The Clinical Assessment Coordinator completes the referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process and provide clinical assessments for potential clients. A MA/MSW Clinical Assessment Coordinator will complete specialized clinical evaluations, diagnose behavioral health conditions and develop moderate to complex treatment
