Clinical ASO/AST/Full Professor - OBGYN - Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology

Join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine as a full-time physician in the Division of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. We seek an experienced, highly motivated physician passionate about advancing women’s health and committed to an academic career in general obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in obstetrics and gynecology, including gynecologic surgery for medically complex patients.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures, rounds, and postgraduate courses.
• Participate in scholarly activities such as research and quality initiatives.
• Serve on hospital, medical, and department committees.
• Share responsibility for rotating night and weekend call.
• Contribute to program growth and development through creative and collaborative efforts.

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for a Florida Medical License.
• Terminal doctoral degree in a clinical science (MD or DO).

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional educational degrees such as an MBA or MPH.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$303,943.00 (negotiable; commensurate with education and experience).
