Clinical Application Specialist - New York

Key Tasks

  • Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goals
  • Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs
  • Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition
  • Participates in product evaluations and installations
  • Affirms needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team
  • Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Current RRT license is required
  • Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred
  • Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing

About the Role

This role is a remote position (home-based in the greater New York area) with the ability to travel overnight (60%) and work flexible hours.
