Clinical Administrator (US-Remote)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling assessments and accommodations for the population served
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with contractual turnaround times
• Provide high level customer support to internal and external customers
• Data Entry
• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required
• 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment
• Home office requirements: Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment; reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity); minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds; private and secure workspace

Qualifications

• Clinical office experience
• 1+ year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments or appointments
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or high-volume call center setting

Pay

Minimum Salary $18.00 – Maximum Salary $20.00 per hour (with performance‑based bonuses available)
