Job Description
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative duties in a clinical environment. This includes answering telephones, greeting patients and guests, maintaining patient confidentiality, scheduling appointments, and coordinating transfers. You will also assist with data entry, insurance card scanning, and auditing records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience without a degree
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Experience working knowledge of computers with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good verbal communication skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
