About the Role

Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a medical office required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MA (Medical Assistant) experience preferred.
• Joint Commission experience preferred.
