Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor RN is responsible for coordinating and managing clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic. They serve as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring patient care is delivered efficiently, safely, and compassionately, addressing patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. The role involves overseeing staff performance, promoting quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies. They collaborate directly with physicians regarding nursing practices and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; valid Washington RN license and BLS certification required.
- At least 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory settings.
- Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field; ACLS certification; previous leadership experience.
Key Duties
- Manage clinical staff and workflows to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead efforts to improve staff skills and clinical practices.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with physicians and support staff to deliver patient-centered services.
