Responsibilities
- Greet patient/families and process patient registrations in an efficient and courteous manner
- Obtain accurate patient demographics and insurance information
- Obtain all necessary consents
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients coming into the clinics
- Explain patient account charges, insurance verification
- Perform medical records request
- Organize and coordinate request to Provider’s inbox
- Transfers incoming phone calls to appropriate clinic staff and physicians
- Serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff
General Requirements
- Training: Effective communication skills, medical terminology
- Preferred: Basic Life Support; Medical Office Procedures

- High school graduation or equivalent
