Clinic Operations Supervisor - Dermatology

About the role

The Clinic Supervisor oversees and develops clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborating with the Nursing Quality Supervisor to ensure staff competency and growth. They mentor team members and support Patient Centered Medical Home teams by removing barriers to promote excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership in a clinic setting, including supervisory experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows, and Excel

Pay

Pay range: $30.15 - $46.13 per hour, with potential additional compensation based on experience and role-specific incentives.
