About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing educational programs to enhance patient care quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for staff on new healthcare policies and procedures.
- Evaluate educational outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor junior nurses in clinical skills and patient care practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
