Brief Description Clinic Educator Full-Time Position Summary Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a Clinic Educator to support staff development, onboarding, competencies, and educational initiatives across our 12 clinic locations. This position plays a key role in promoting high-quality patient care through staff education, regulatory readiness, emergency preparedness, and professional development. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding. Develop and manage annual competencies and skills validation. Provide ongoing staff education and training. Support quality improvement, patient safety, and documentation initiatives. Coordinate emergency preparedness training and mock drills. Assist with regulatory compliance and survey readiness. Serve as an educational resource for clinic staff and leaders.
