Role: Clinical Educator The Clinical Educator is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality education for clinical staff, including planning orientation and ongoing training, assessing competencies, and promoting evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify learning needs.Develop curricula tailored to staff development and patient safety.Coach and mentor staff at the bedside to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Support continuous education efforts to maintain clinical excellence.
