What You’ll Do

• Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network
• Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top-tier care
• Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers
• Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and people thrive
• Help Scale a Modern Veterinary Model – Influence how Sploot expands

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining primary and urgent care, and we’re seeking a strong clinical leader to help drive that work in Chicago.

Qualifications
