What You'll Do

Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado)
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience
- Passion for team-building – You believe a great team makes great medicine
- Strong organizational & strategic skills – You're comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes
- A visionary mindset – You're excited about changing the status quo in veterinary care

Pay
$150,000–$180,000 base salary, shift and experience dependent
Schedule
Flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts + No overnights
