Lead Certified Medical Assistant supporting Internal Medicine in patient care and team leadership. The role involves working with diverse patient populations and supporting comprehensive medical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Room patients
• Collect information
• Prepare for exams
• Assist with procedures
• Oversee daily operations
• Support patient flow
• Manage provider schedules
• Mentor team members
• Balance leadership duties with direct patient care to ensure efficient workflows and a positive experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified credential required
• At least 1 year of experience as an MA‑C, with a preference for 2+ years
• Ability to become a core‑trainer and super user of EMR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Compensation starts at $28.02/hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
