Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (Tacoma)

About the role

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager Physical Therapist for their new Bonney Lake, WA location. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of outpatient, orthopaedic experience, strong management and leadership skills, and a passion for leading a successful outpatient orthopaedic clinic.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management
• Partnered with an experienced management mentor from day one
• Participate in a year-long manager mentorship program for hands-on skill development and deep understanding of practice management
• Direct various clinical programs such as Pelvic Health and Industrial Rehabilitation
• Lead clinical education programming including residency and fellowship programs
• Contribute to national recruiting strategy and events/promotions

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopaedic setting
• Demonstrated leadership role/activity in previous positions
• Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
• Current CPR certification

• Experience with financial management and clinic operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
