About the role
As a Clinic Manager at PT Solutions, you will lead a team of clinicians, using evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
- Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- Management experience preferred.
- State licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay
Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
