Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for your patients, including those with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through participation in professional affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage the daily operations of your clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance clinic culture and personal development.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with healthcare technology and software.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive salary, up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates at eligible locations.
