About the role
Transform patients' lives using evidence-based techniques. Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan treatment programs for diverse patient specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
- Meet and exceed clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- Management experience preferred.
- State Licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay
Base Salary: $85,000-100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000+ available in select locations!
