About the role
We are seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead outpatient clinics, providing patient-centered care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic cases.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations, including administrative, financial, and personnel management
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Track patient progress with advanced measurement tools
- Ensure thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and discharges
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive clinic culture
- Support team development through mentorship, professional growth, and community engagement
Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensure or eligibility as a PT
- Minimum of one year of PT experience

Schedule
This role involves a 45-hour workweek, with 35 hours dedicated to patient care and 10 hours to administrative duties.
Pay
The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
