Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

About the role

Join Duly Health and Care’s Rehabilitation team in Joliet (Glenwood) with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth. This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical caseload
• Oversee clinic metrics, schedule utilization, and physician outreach/relationship
• Staff growth and development, including fostering an environment for patient-centric care and collaborative team efforts
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including: Monday through Friday – two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Qualifications

• Degree of an accredited physical/occupational therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical/Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university
