About the role
Lead daily clinic operations, provide patient-centered care, and support team development in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy
- Create individualized care plans for patients
- Track patient outcomes and ensure thorough documentation
- Manage administrative duties alongside patient treatment
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy

Schedule
