Compensation

• Variable compensation is paid quarterly, with an annual range of:● $10,000–$13,000 for a standard profile● $15,000–$18,000 for a more experienced profile
• The bonus is tied to sales, average ticket, clinical and graduation metrics, and reviews. It also includes overachievement tiers, so the more the clinic outperforms, the greater the upside.
