Community Clinical Manager - New York City

Responsibilities

• Create, cultivate, and manage trusted community relationships in communities of color in an assigned territory of the U.S.
• Implement community-based initiatives.
• Present and/or facilitate impactful and informative presentations to a wide range of audiences.
• Participate in data collection, measurement, and reporting of results, accountable for attainment of metrics.

Qualifications

• Master’s (preferred) or bachelor’s in Public Health, Health Education, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of field-based partnership management which included regular and direct interactions with one or more local community stakeholders.
• Previous experience working in Public Health programming preferred.
• Requires regional travel of approximately 70% depending on geography (includes overnight travel).
• Requires regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with central teammates in New Jersey.
• Ability to maintain an office in your home.
• Must live in your assigned region and in close proximity to an airport.
