About the role

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager leads day-to-day clinic operations, including patient treatment, onboarding and training employees, reviewing treatment plans, and engaging with the community to enhance patient health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Program
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Energetic, service-minded team player with a commitment to exceptional patient care
• Must maintain state licenses and complete all compliance standards as requested

Pay

Full-time (40-hour) salaried position with a base pay range of USD $91,100–$116,000 per year. Additional pay such as incentives, GAP, overtime, and stipends may apply based on program rules and location. Individual base pay depends on role complexity, job duties, relevant experience, and skills.
