Responsibilities
- Independently provide overall administrative direction and coordination of clinic(s), serving as a liaison with administration, physicians, patients, and outside organizations to resolve issues and accomplish directives.
- Develop, recommend, implement, and maintain an organizational structure, systems, and staffing plan to achieve clinic goals efficiently.
- Manage all aspects of clinic operations, controlling labor costs and expenses while maintaining functional knowledge of staff responsibilities.
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, supervision, performance management, scheduling, and payroll approval.
- Initiate coaching, disciplinary action, and performance improvement plans through direct and open communication.
- Ensure new and existing staff complete Ambulatory Skills Orientation successfully.
- Analyze reports, prepare summaries, and develop improvement plans for financial results, productivity, and operational benchmarks.
- Oversee registration, scheduling, and provider template management to maximize clinic outcomes in collaboration with the Corporate Central Access team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- High level of professional integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all organizational levels with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of medical office operations, patient confidentiality guidelines, OSHA, Joint Commission standards, and clinical operations.
Preferred: LPN or RN licensing and experience.

Pay
USD $74,054.66 - USD $111,081.99 per year.
