Clinic Manager - Family Medicine Ellensburg - Full Time

About the role

This will be for a second Clinic Manager for Family Medicine - Ellensburg.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support the Clinic providers and to work closely with the clinic staff and leadership to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the Clinic's patients.
• Aid in the hiring and onboarding of new employees, ensuring employees have completed their training and competencies.
• Address employee and customer complaints, complete evaluations, exclude providers, hold staff meetings, and perform process improvements and project work.
• Act as the liaison to clinical practice support and other departments at KVH.
• Responsible for the successful operation of the clinic(s) and the management of its personnel. If applicable, responsible for maintaining Rural Health Clinic status.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
• At least five years of general administrative/clerical experience or clinical experience
• At least two years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products
• PREFERRED:
• Currently certified as a Medical Assistant Certified (MAC) or current licensure as a Nurse.
• Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional through the National Association of Rural Health Clinics
• One year of previous patient care

Additional Information

• Wage: Wage range is $80,250/year to $118,560/year. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
• FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week, Exempt
