Clinic Manager - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management
• Provide patient-centered physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic caseloads
• Create and implement individualized care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Track patient progress with advanced outcome-measurement tools
• Ensure thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges
• Support and lead a collaborative clinic team, fostering a positive culture
• Engage in professional development through workshops, conferences, and community activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
• Passion for growth, learning, and making an impact in patient care
