Clinic Manager - Full-Time

About the Role

Lead and manage outpatient clinics, delivering personalized care to diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Develop treatment plans, measure patient outcomes using advanced software, and ensure efficient documentation of evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive clinic culture and support professional growth.
• Actively pursue ongoing education through professional affiliations, workshops, and community events.
• Utilize technology such as EMR automations and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact.
