Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all clinic aspects including front desk, health access, benefits eligibility, medical, lab, x-ray, specialty referrals, etc.
• Training of clinic staff in their roles and duties
• Providing daily guidance to clinic staff
• Aiding clinic staff in developing their full potential
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper staff training, adherence to company culture and policy, and acting as quality control
• Coaching clinic staff to grow into leadership roles
• Completing performance evaluations and performance discussions
• Verifying payroll
• Scheduling clinic staff to ensure all shifts are adequately covered
• Maintaining medical, lab, and office inventory/supplies
• Attending monthly Ops Meetings and weekly GGOB meetings
• Holding weekly clinic GGOB meetings and monthly clinic staff meetings
• Managing clinic funds
• Maintaining Laboratory Quality Control
• On-call duties
