Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention.
• Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion.
• Set clear expectations and goals for patients.
• Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time.
• Embolishes servant leadership.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills.

Pay

$60,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
