Clinic Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our teams in Salisbury, NC and Thomasville, NC. The Manager’s main responsibility is managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention.

• Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
• Set clear expectations and goals for patients
• Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
• Embodies servant leadership
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills

Pay

Competitive salary ($55,000 to $70,000 based on experience).
