Responsibilities
- Schedule and payroll staff for your clinic and coordinate ongoing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure all shifts are covered. If a shift is empty, fill it or work it yourself, including all shifts during the clinic's operating hours.
- If a clinic is closed due to an unusual reason, immediately notify Aaron, HR, and Ashlin.
- Notify Aaron, HR, and fellow Leads if you are going to be out of town to ensure your clinic runs smoothly.
- Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations.
- Provide HR with a biweekly payroll summary with real-time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policies.
- Ensure no one is clocking in before their scheduled shift.
- Provide a tip tracker to hraccounting@ivbars.net by the first of each month for previous months' tips.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license.
- Enforce break policy and maintain a clean clinic.
- Audit weekly transactions, such as discounts, to ensure they are in the approved categories.
- Audit transactions to check if any memberships were declined and follow up with members for new information.
- Audit aesthetic records to ensure previous day's customers were entered correctly.
- Ensure staff is entering every client into the customer app on Clover to gather their information.
- Ensure all expense receipts are sent to Ashlin HR on a monthly basis.
- Orient new staff and staff needing a refresher.
- Train staff as needed.
- Keep records of any challenges/problems with staff and submit all records to HR.
- Maintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed.
- Order and maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using the company's ecommerce site:
- Cocktail vials
- iV supplies
- Toilet paper, water, snacks, etc.
Qualifications
- Superb product knowledge and skill set in iV insertion and infusion.
- Ability to perform and teach staff on how to perform all services provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to sell and provide selling strategies to staff.
- Seasoned skillset with conflict resolution and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Provision of outstanding customer service and client retention.
- Desire to support company growth and continual improvement by participating in training conducted in clinic or at corporate.
