Clinic Lead with RN License- FT

Responsibilities

• Schedule and payroll staff for your clinic and coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure all shifts are covered. If a shift is empty, fill it or work it yourself, including all shifts during the clinic's operating hours.
• If a clinic is closed for any reason, notify Aaron, HR, and Ashlin immediately.
• Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations.
• Provide HR with a biweekly payroll summary with real-time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license.
• Enforce break policy and maintain a clean clinic.
• Auditing of weekly transactions, such as discounts and membership declines, and follow up with members.
• Auditing Aesthetic Records to ensure correct entry of previous day's customers.
• Ensure staff is entering every client into the customer app on Clover and sending expense receipts to Ashlin HR monthly.
• Orient new staff and train staff as needed, keeping records of any challenges/problems with staff and submitting them to HR.
• Maintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed.
• Order and maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using the company's ecommerce site.

• Ability to perform and teach staff on how to perform all services provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to sell and provide selling strategies to staff.
• Seasoned skillset with conflict resolution and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Provision of outstanding customer service and client retention.
• Desire to support company growth and continual improvement by participating in training conducted in clinic or at corporate.
