Clinic Lead with RN License- FT

Responsibilities

• Schedule and payroll clinic staff and coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure all shifts are covered. Fill empty shifts or work them yourself, including all shifts during the clinic's operating hours.
• Notify Aaron, HR, and Ashlin if the clinic is closed for any reason out of the ordinary.
• Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations.
• Provide biweekly payroll summaries to HR with real-time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license.
• Enforce break policy and maintain a clean clinic.
• Audit weekly transactions, such as discounts and membership declines, and follow up with members.
• Audit aesthetic records to ensure correct entry of previous day's customers.
• Ensure staff enters every client into the Clover customer app for data collection.
• Maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using the company's ecommerce site.
• Order and maintain inventory, including cocktail vials, iV supplies, and other items.
• Implement iV Bars Steps of Service to provide safe, effective, and efficient iV therapies and services to customers.
• Orient new staff and provide training as needed.
• Keep records of challenges/problems with staff and submit them to HR.
• Maintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed.
