Rock Valley Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time (30-32 hours) Clinic Experience Associate to join our team in Blair, NE. As a key player, you'll create a positive, seamless experience for every patient and keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Verify insurance and collect accurate patient information
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Support the front desk with a focus on detail and organization
