About Competitive Edge Physical Therapy
A cash-based physical therapy private practice serving active adults and athletes throughout the Bay Area.
Combines exceptional clinical care with advanced technology including: 3D Motion Analysis, Instrumented Treadmills, Dual Force Plates, EMG Biofeedback.
Goal is to grow to 10 clinics by 2028 while becoming the premier destination for physical therapists who want to build, lead, and grow.
Who We're Looking For
- Are a licensed Physical Therapist in California (or eligible for licensure)
- Have several years of clinical experience
- Enjoy leadership, mentorship, and developing others
- Think beyond patient care and want to understand how successful clinics are built
- Are growth-oriented, accountable, and driven
- Want to make a larger impact without opening your own business
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary - $120,000
- Profit sharing from day one so you participate directly in the growth you help create
- Successful Clinic Directors can earn total compensation exceeding $215,000 as they grow the clinic
