Responsibilities

• Mentorship & Onboarding: Structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.
• Inspire a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
• Develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Manage caseloads to ensure manageable workloads and better patient outcomes.
• Create flexible schedules that support both clinicians and their patients.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.

Qualifications

• Competitive Salary: $93,000–$110,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).

Pay

• Competitive Salary: $93,000–$110,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).
