Responsibilities

  • Mentorship & Onboarding: Structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.
  • Inspire a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
  • Develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Manage caseloads to ensure manageable workloads and better patient outcomes.
  • Create flexible schedules that support both clinicians and their patients.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.

Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and management abilities.
