Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Onboarding: Structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.
- Inspire a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
- Develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
- Manage caseloads to ensure manageable workloads and better patient outcomes.
- Create flexible schedules that support both clinicians and their patients.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and developing teammates.
Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
