Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist)

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture

Compensation

Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year. This position is also eligible for additional compensation including bonus, commission, equity, overtime, student loan repayment, or relocation assistance.

The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered.
