Become a Leader with Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is opening a new clinic in Katy (Southeast Houston), TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the clinic's patient base and referral network.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Upstream Rehabilitation team to ensure consistent quality of care across all clinics.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical research and industry trends to enhance treatment protocols.
• Represent the clinic at local and regional events to build relationships with healthcare providers and community members.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Experience in leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Passionate about promoting health and wellness in the community.
