Responsibilities

• Mentorship & Onboarding: Structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.
• Inspire Community Presence and Referral Relationships: Establish a strong community presence and referral network.
• Develop Teammates: Supervise and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates.
• Competitive Bonus Plan: Earn a competitive bonus annually.
• Manageable Caseloads: Align caseloads with regional outpatient benchmarks to ensure more time for patient care.
• Flexible Schedules: Create schedules that work for both clinicians and patients.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
