Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

About the role

At Select Physical Therapy, we are seeking a physical therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient experience to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventive and rehabilitation services that maximize function and promote patients' well-being.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 (pending experience)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
