Clinic Director BCBA (Remote)

About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is a company dedicated to supporting individuals with autism. This position offers a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, a 401(k) plan, and bonus pay. The role includes leading and managing the clinic, conducting tours for prospective clients, overseeing scheduling, providing family training, maintaining a positive environment, and managing a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the clinic including overseeing the clinic staff.
• Conducting tours for prospective clients/families to showcase our facilities.
• Overseeing the implementation of all scheduling and proper ABA therapy.
• Providing training for clients' families.
• Maintaining proper decorum and ensuring smooth operations.
• Overseeing a caseload of clients.

Requirements

• Masters degree in psychology, special education, or related fields.
• Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Two years of clinical BCBA experience.
