BCBA - Clinic Director

About the role

Behavioral Framework is opening a brand new clinic in Glen Allen, Virginia and we are hiring a BCBA Clinic Director to lead the team from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a new clinic, mentor BCBAs, and shape clinical excellence in a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
• Ensure high-quality implementation of ABA treatment plans
• Conduct clinical observations and data reviews
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clinical training to staff
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and BACB ethics
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinic success and strong outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• 5+ years clinical ABA experience
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience supervising clinicians and supporting clinical development
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and BACB ethical guidelines
• Comfortable using ABA technology platforms and clinical data systems

• Full-time, on-site leadership role at the clinic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Physical activities include standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach, pull, and push
• Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
