Job Duties

  • Lead and support through strong clinical supervision and mentorship RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Oversee clinical quality and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
  • Design and implement evidence-based programming reflecting client data, progress, and assessments.
  • Manage or assist in managing clinical operations, including staff and client scheduling.
  • Partner with leadership to support market growth and development.
  • Offer continuous support and guidance for families navigating successful programming outcomes.
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires and clinical staff.
  • Provide direct services to clients and their families when appropriate, maintaining a manageable caseload.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain consistent communication with treatment team members regarding programming and service delivery.
  • Communicate with Perfect Pair ABA administrative teams for operations and staff success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity within the team.

Qualifications

  • Holding active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
  • Leadership or supervision experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation for travel as needed.
  • Experience working with early intervention populations (ages 1–4 preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in ABA therapy, autism services, and clinical supervision preferred.

Salary

$95,000–$110,000 annually based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities available.
