About the role
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides oversight of ABA programming, supervision of clinical staff, and ongoing treatment evaluation. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring services are data-driven, ethical, and individualized to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete behavioral and skills assessments as a BCBA
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBACreate, review, and update ABA treatment plans as a BCBAGuide RBT implementation and provide performance feedback as a BCBAMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as a BCBAMaintain clinical quality and treatment integrity as a BCBAProvide caregiver and parent training as a BCBAPartner with related service providers as a BCBAEnsure timely and accurate clinical documentation as a BCBAFollow BACB, funding source, and Georgia state guidelines as a BCBA
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Prior experience working as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote BCBA position
- Residency in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border
