Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides oversight of ABA programming, supervision of clinical staff, and ongoing treatment evaluation. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring services are data-driven, ethical, and individualized to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral and skills assessments as a BCBA
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBACreate, review, and update ABA treatment plans as a BCBAGuide RBT implementation and provide performance feedback as a BCBAMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as a BCBAMaintain clinical quality and treatment integrity as a BCBAProvide caregiver and parent training as a BCBAPartner with related service providers as a BCBAEnsure timely and accurate clinical documentation as a BCBAFollow BACB, funding source, and Georgia state guidelines as a BCBA

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Prior experience working as a BCBA preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote BCBA position
• Residency in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border
